They came out right away, and after we had called 2 other plumbers who couldn't figure out the fix - Jason and Christian figured it out right away and solved the issue. Additionally, when it turned out that our pumps were broken, Christian figured out an emergency bi-pass that helped us do an emergency flush out to save us big time.
